From the back cover: "Lee can change her gender and ethnicity at will, allowing her to slip freely through New York society. She thought she was the only "polymorph" ... until a chance encounter with another of her kind. Now its up to Lee to stop the renegade shapeshifter who is plotting to control the information technology in a postindustrial world, where illusion wears the face of reality, and the prices is power absolute ..."

I found it to be a quick light read.

I REALLY wanted to like this book. I am a fan of Scott Westerfeld. His Uglies and Midnighters series are amazing. World creating is a great strength of this author. The idea for this book and back cover sound really interesting. However, the actual read of the book was very difficult to get through. Unless you can get the book for free, I wouldn't waste my money. His young adult books are much better than this.
