i was just checking my credit registry and it seems there are some credit points missing. for instance i mailed out books today and last week and some of them are not on it and the ones that i mailed last saturday are coming up as being mailed this saturday. also i requested and the member canceled and then it was reordered and the 2nd order is not there. anybody else having this problem?
My registry looks correct, but I may be able to guess what's going on in your registry.
For the books you mailed -- you don't have a flag icon indicating that you use PBS Postage, so I'm assuming you either purchase PBS Delivery Confirmation or No Extra Services. That explains why you don't have any credits for the books you mailed today. You only get instant (same-day) credits if you use PBS Postage.
If you use PBS DC, then you will get credits when your books are scanned and the scans are sent over to PBS by the US Postal Service. That could be late tonight, but more likely it will be sometime early next week.
If you chose No Extra Services when you printed the labels, then you will get your credits when the books are marked received. I think that's the most likely reason you see last Saturday's mailings with today's date. Your books arrived and were marked received today, so that's when the credits appear in your registry. If you did use No Extra Services, the you'll see the credits for today's mailings in about a week when your books arrive at their destinations.
For the book you ordered that was canceled, you should see something like "Action: Passed On Request - Canceled by Sender" with an Adjustment amount of 0. (Sorry, I don't have one in my registry right now, so I can't copy the exact words for you.) This is the "second" request. The system is passing your credit along to the new transaction, so the net effect on your balance is 0. You would still have the -1 from the initial request, showing that you've paid a total of 1 credit for the book.
If that doesn't help, feel free to paste the part of your registry that's confusing here and I'm sure a bunch of people will look at it and chime in with assistance.
There is not information in the OP for me to understand the problem you are having. Cathy's reply is a good start, but if your question isn't answered there, please post additional details.
Also, I do not understand what you mean when you wrote "also i requested and the member canceled and then it was reordered and the 2nd order is not there." This is unclear and confusing.
