If I resort to Author It disappears but in Title it comes back. No wonder no one has requested it if it cant be seen!

Denise, it appears that the book's description was lacking in several areas, include author. I submitted an edit that should fix the problem, although it may take a little while for the change to take place. 

When an author is missing from a listing, it won't show up at all when we sort by author.

I always recommend sorting by date or title when you are looking at a bookshelf.  Any book listed without an author is hidden.  This is often anthologies, cookbooks, and kids books.  Or you can compare the numbers listed under title sort and under author sort to get an idea of how many are hidden.

Your public bookshelf will automatically go back to sort by title.  So the book would not be hidden unless a browser re-sorts the shelf.

Do think about entering a book data edit to books on your own shelf.  Having more data and a cover will really help get orders for extra books.

Another note: just because YOU can't see it on your shelf, doesn't mean that others can't see it!  If they don't have their view sorted by author, they will see your book.  And FIFO system doesn't care WHAT sorting system members use!
