For some unknown reason, I cannot get my books to post. From my TBR pile, I rate the book with stars, click on the 'Post Book' link and it goes to the page to post books, but nothing happens. My book does not show up. When I type in the ISBN number and click on 'Check', again, the same thing, nothing happens. I tried to send a PM to my tour guide, Giselle, and got an instant reply that she was not online and to submit my question to someone who is online now. So I went to see who's online and it says 'Giselle.' No other names showed up. Obviously, something is wrong here, but I am at a loss to figure out what it is.

Could someone help me with this? Or can someone forward this message to Giselle for me? (Please, just one person for that, as I don't want to overrun her inbox with bunch of repeat messages! )

I've never posted from the TBR. I'd try posting from your BIR or starting from scratch at the post books links. 

I've tried it. It doesn't work.

Kay, I post books all the time and suddenly can no longer post them using IE, which is what I've always used.  I also couldn't search using it.  So now, for this site, I have to use Firefox.  If you are using IE, and have another browser, try using it.  If you don't have another browser, they're easy to download.  Our resident computer expert, Greg, recommends Firefox.

The place to look for tour guides who are currently on line is in the Help Center.  Let your mouse hover over "Help Center" and choose "live help."  Allow about 15 minutes for the tour guide to respond.

Could you give an example of the ISBN of one of the books you are trying to post?

Also, what browser are you using?  It could be a browser issue.  (Firefox is the recommended browser for the site.)

Thank you so much, Sassy 25 and Patty P.!!! I downloaded Firefox and my problem is solved. I was  able to post a book with no problem. Thank you both SO much.

Now I just need to find out how to increase the size of the text so I can see it better. LOL
