Ok, I will be the one that starts this thread. :o) If you want to brag about your shelf, post any deals you're running, or let people know what books you have, etc, etc. Then post it here. That way we can keep some form of control over it and not have deal threads running amok in this forum. I figure we can keep it bumped up as needed, unless it somehow gets made into a sticky. Is this ok with everyone?
ETA: Please be sure to delete, or strike a line through, your deals when they are over. That way there is no confusion about which deals are still available. Also, please confine your ordering communications to PMs only...that way the thread won't get too clogged. Only post your deals here. Does that make sense? Ok, I'll go first. I just posted a bunch of romance today. The Seven Brides series and a few in The Cowboys series, along with a few other books. I've got about 160 books on my shelf as of right now - I've posted probably 35-40 titles since yesterday for this current special. Like it says in my sig, everything on the shelf is 2 for 1. I'll be adding more over the next few days, so everyone shopping deals might want to check it at least once a day to see what's there. Mine are mostly historicals, but there's some other stuff mixed in there. Oh - and I'm fine with it - obviously.:P I was thinking the same thing the other day, that we could just bump a thread here & there to keep it current, and hopefully someone will stick it eventually. I'm also running a 2-for-1 special on my shelf, and my series romance (mostly Blazes, Desires and Intrigues) are now 6 for 1. I'm always trying to whittle down the Harlequin/Silhouette TBR pile, which has 70+ books, so I'll be adding to my bookshelf as I finish reading them. Slowly but surely! Mostly contemporary romance, but there are a few historical and even non-romance books in the mix (gasp!). Yeah, I agree with Judy about updating our posts. The other thing I was wondering about, it could get pretty big and maybe even confusing if people post their orders & requests here, so maybe we need to just keep those to inboxes, and everyone commit to frequently updating their shelves & posts? |

I'm doing a 3/1, 7/2 or 11/3 deal right now. I will do a better deal on Harlequins/Silhouettes. Offer good until I cross this off. |

I don't have any formal deals going on, but I am always open to working something out with anyone who finds multiple books on my shelf that interest them. I have a lot of chick lit, some general romances, lots of kids books, and will deal on pretty much anything, so don't be afraid to ask! |
