Good Evening - Hoping for some insight from the long-term members of this site.  I have three books available (I will never use them) however all have some type of "damage"  as noted by the posting msg .  I'm wondering should I post them?

The Taste of Home Cookbook - ISBN 9780898214970 - ~ 20 pages at the back were stuck together.  I have seperated the pages but you can still tell they were stuck at one point.

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Quilting - ISBN 9780028624112 - coffee splash on the edges of the page ~ 3" from the top of the book.

Busy People's Fast & Frugal Cookbook - ISBN 9781595552907 - this is the worst of the three.  Our puppy chewed on the book >,<!  The Cover page and 5 subsequent pages have clear mailing tape over the chew marks.  Otherwise the book is in great condition.

I personally would have no issue receiving the above books but I realize others may not be as flexiable.  All three are "wishlisted" and I'd rather fulfill someone's wish than donate them.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Sounds to me that none of these are postable. I believe that the site's posting conditions bar books that have been chewed, or that have any food/liquid spills at all. (There is a cookbook exemption - I'm sure someone will pop in with the exact wording.) Since they are wishlisted, you can post them in the Book Bazaar forum as unpostable wishlisted books, and see if anyone is interested in them.

They all sound unpostable. However, you can try to post them in the Book Bazaar. There's a specific thread for Unpostable "wishlisted" (WL) books. You can ask up to one credit for each book, or offer them in some sort of deal. The actual transaction will  have to be "unofficial" -- through PMs and buddied credits.

Good luck.

You may wish to review PBS Swappability guidelines in the Help Center.

Under overall condition is the condition for no stains.
Pages subheading mentions no torn or chewed pages.
Also under Pages subheading are the directions for Cookbook exception.

Unpostable books may not be posted FIFO, but they may be offered in the book bazaar or genre forums.

Mrs, EP- Thanks for checking before posting. I for one really appreciate you taking the time to double check before posting, since none of them are postable for credits. Thanks for being so careful!

It's a great thing to read through the Guidelines that Denise linked to. Learning what is postable, will save you tons of trouble and credits too! Thanks for posting the link Denise!

Thanks all of  you for the input; it was most helpful.  I didn't realize there was a spot for the books on the site.

Everyone else covered the Book Bazaar and how to find the posting rules well, I just wanted to point out that the 1st Cookbook sounds like it would be postable under the Cookbook exception where there can be food damage, but that exception says you HAVE to PM the requester and explain the damage and get their acceptance before sending, if they say no or don't answer, you have to cancel the transaction and you have to wait to repost it until the got another copy.  With the number of pages damaged, its probably easier to offer it in the Bazaar.
