I have a book that is wishlisted.  I'm nearly done reading it and wondering if it's postable.  It has pen marks on the back cover and 3 back pages.  One page is pretty much unreadable but it is not a page of story text and just a page that has a paragraph synopsis of the first 3 books in this series.  There is a small pen mark on the very last page of text also but it doesn't interfere with the readability. 

Would you post it and email the WLer who is up for it the issues and let them decide if they want it? 

That's exactly what I'd do. Post it but PM before sending.

Thanks.  I was kind of bummed thinking it unpostable since I see at least 6 people are waiting to read it and other than my kids taking a pen to the back it's in next to new condition.

I would offer it in the Bazaar. Pen on text pages make it unpostable (and as of yet, the rules don't say story text pages, they just say text pages). If I received your PM I'd think someone was trying to pass of an unpostable through the system and be annoyed that they were tying me up while someone behind me was getting the next postable copy. Being WLed doesn't the lessen the rules.

I would also post it in the book bazaar. You can still ask a credit for it even though it's unpostable.  You can ask a credit if you offer it in the book bazaar but you aren't supposed to post them and then ask if they want it even though it's damaged.
