I wanted to make sure that a book that I have is postable.  It's a paperback from a library and has two stamp marks. One is on the backside of the front cover and is very small. The other stamp is on the very first page of the book which only mentions the other books the author has written. The library wrote over the stamps with a black marker when they decided to sell it. Other than those two marks the book is in great condition.

Here's the location of all the guidelines for book postability. Here.

The part you'd be interested in for an ex-library book is...

Decirculated library books may have various markings and/or stamps inside or outside or on the page edges of the book; this is OKAY.  These may not obscure text.

Since neither of the stamps obscure reading text, sounds like you're fine as long as it also fits all the other rules.
