Someone just gave me a handful of "large type" editions published by Reader's Digest. Are they legal to post?

Yes.  If there's no ISBN, you would use the "post without an ISBN" option on the yellow bar on the Post Books page.  Take a look at some other listings to see how they're set up.

The title line could be something like:

Reader's Digest Select Edition Title / Title / Title / Title (Large Print)

Authors should all be listed and separated by commas.

I find a description of each story is helpful in making the book attractive, and if you can add a cover image (maybe scan your book?) that's good too.

If there's an ISBN, be sure your book matches, and that the ISBN is for large print.  Otherwise post your book without an ISBN.

Well, it depends -- are they issues of the Readers Digest magazine?  Or are they LP versions of some of their abridged fiction anthologies?  The second is postable, the first is not.

Your subject line says 'books' so I'll assume you refer to books published by Readers Digest.

Yes, those are postable...check carefully tho.  Do the books actually say 'large print'?  Because there are a couple different sizes, some are merely 'larger print' and some are big enough to be 'officially' "Large Print"  Yes, there is a difference, and a minimum size for official Large Print.  IIRC there was a fairly recent (and interesting) discussion thread on this subject.

That said, the large print books are often in high demand.  Do double check the listings tho to make sure the listing says 'Large Print', members can be crabby if they receive the wrong edition.  Large Print can be too heavy (larger books) for the hands of some members, and smaller than 'official' LP typeface can be too small for other members.

If the PBS listing for your books is not the correct 'print' edition, you will want to post them without an ISBN.
