When you post ten books you're supposed to get 2 points. I have posted 22 so I should have 4 points but I have none. Help Please!!!!

You only get 2 credits when you join and post the initial 10 books.  You do not get more credits for posting more than that.

When you post your first 10 books, if your account is the first in the household you will get 2 startup credits. The 2 startup credits are only available for the first 10, you don't continue to get credits for additional books posted, after the initial startup credits you will earn credits when books you've mailed are marked received or by making referrals.

If there is another PBS member in your household you will not get the 2 startup points.

Check your credit registry, under My Account at the top of the page. It should show a reason for all credit activity. They were probably removed because only the first member of a household would qualify for the free signup credits.

If your sister lives in the same house, the startup credits were probably granted to you on the first 10 books, then removed once you entered your address and the system was able to tell that the startup credits were already used by someone else in that household.

You can access your Credit Registry by clicking on the bllue linked word Credits in the upper right corner or on your My Account main page either through the yellow submenu or the blue linked # of credits.

The computer does it by street address.  Only one person at each address gets the points.  If two siblings sign up together, then the first one to list 10 books gets both credits.  Even if they were the second to sign up.

I am surprised that she was able to keep one Deidre, they will usually take the two erroneous credits back regardless of whether the account goes negative, the person just usually can't use another credit until they've repaid the 2 they shouldn't have gotten.

Its been awhile but I think I remember it correctly. When she went back to order another book her credit was gone and she never said anything about a negative. I'll ask her about it.
