Is there a limit on how many books you can post directly to another member's WL at one time?  I have 8 books to send to one person and 7 of them posted just fine.  I've tried 3 times to post the last one and it's not working.  I click on Post This Book from her WL just like I did on the others.  Once it made it all the way through and was accepted by somebody else and I had to cancel the request.  I really hate doing that and I know it's disappointing for them.  Anybody had this happen to them?

Check a couple of things--first, make sure it's the same ISBN as the book she has on her wishlist.  Otherwise, you can post it 'til the cows come home, but it's not going to her if it's not the same ISBN.  Second, make sure she's requesting the book.  Once you post it, she needs to accept the book on her end, I believe.  Third, make sure she's got enough credits to cover all the requests.  Other than those things, I don't think there are limits to the posting directly to a member--at least not that I see on first glace through the help docs.

Number of credits in her account doesn't matter. If she doesn't have any, then the book will still be offered to her. She'll just have to buy one before she can accept it. It's probably the ISBN issue, but you shoudl also make sure neither of your accounts is on vacation hold.

Alisa, I've not had this happen, but if it is still happening for you, you might try closing your browser completely and starting "fresh" before trying to post it again.  If it continues to be a problem, I'd drop a note to the PBS Team using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PBS page so they can investigate if necessary.

I wouldn't be an ISBN issue if you are posting it diretly from her WL. It would only be an ISBN issue if she told you she was #1 and you were posting the book from the book post link and not her WL.   Does she have her account on vacation?  Autorequest on account holds only works if they're at the top of the line.  I learned this when I was on vacation hold and someone tried to post some WL books to me.  The only ones that went through were the ones where I was #1.  The other ones went to FIFO.

Thanks for all your suggestions.  It's not an ISBN issue since I'm posting it to her from her WL.  It's not a hold issue since I was able to post the other 7 books with no problem.  I tried again today with no luck.  I'm just going to send the book along with the others and she can buddy me the credit.
