A fantastic book that helps make a meal out of small amounts of "this and that". A small amount of roast beef is left- no worry - more than 18 recipes for using it up. Ways to use small amounts of fish, ham, vegetables and rice are included as well as some very basic tips on how to purchase and prepare foods for the first meal not just the leftovers meal. Although this is a old cookbook it still has a place in todays busy society and for todays busy cooks - be they male or female, young or old.
