This book is great for athletes and people who want to get into bodybuilding. However, I have to say, personally her recommendation of the amount of carb intake is way beyond 'normal' and I won't even try reaching that amount! (Over 450g per day!)
That being said though, it covers all the basics regarding nutritional importance, supplements etc., so if you need something to start with, read this book. Just take everything with a grain of salt!

When I was an avid weightlifter, I used this book to help learn how to eat for muscle growth. It's full of helpful advice that any gym rat will enjoy and learn from. The book also includes sample diet plans and a few recipes.
