This cookbook contains 27 quick and easy pizza recipes, all are nicely illustrated and each recipe provides nutritional information. Recipes include several dough bases (bread dough, biscuit, and potato). Pizza recipies include the basics plus some unusual pizzas such as Florentine, Cheese and Artichoke, a few veggie pizzas and some seafood pizzas. The book itself could have been a bit thicker and contained more recipies but I got some great ideas from the book.
