In this case, however, it is the small town of Jerusalem, Georgia, to which the women journey, each expecting to find happiness. But to find their utopia, they must overcome the social and racial estrangements that isolate them from each other.
Praise Jerusalem for "Praise Jerusalem!" -- Augusta Trobaugh has such a rich Southern voice and her books are wonderful. This is a thoroughly delightful, thoughtful novel that will stay with you for some time.
