I paid (crecit card) for money to mail a book and when the wrapper printed, there was no postage on it.  Can someone help me?  I can't seem to find anyone to ask for help (or my money back).

Did you click the "print label with postage" option? IIRC if you navigate away from the page to add money to your account, you may have to reclick as the page resets itself back to the defaults. I'm pretty sure you can just reprint the label with the postage. 

The postage shows up as a QR barcode.  One of those square boxes of code.
