I have read both this book and it's companion book (Piercing the Darkness) and loved them both. This is the second copy of this title, so I thought I would share the joy.
Having read two other Peretti books, The Visitation & Monster, and loved them I thought this one would be a winner too. Unfortunately, it was not. I found, what I read of it, silly and juvenile. It was a big slap of there's heaven and hell, good and evil, watch out for demons and Satan type stuff that I was emersed in as a teen.
He was trying to be so "christian" in this book he didn't bother to make it interesting.
