If you want to work with felt, especially wool felt, this book is great! There are a variety of shapes, with embroidery and appliqué (including 3D flowers) for embellishment. The buttons on the front cover shot--you make them from a circle of wool. A favorite of mine was a miniature African violet in a flower pot. A warning--you will end up with more pincushions than you know what to do with.
