My daughter LOVES this book. It's on her homeschool book list this year and she's loving it. A great little adventure about a princess and a goblin.

This is deservedly a classic. Certain scenes made a very strong impression on my imagination and memory--the bath in the grandmother's tub, the weird animals coming above ground and prancing about, the trek underneath the mountain. I loved it so much as a child that I bought it again as an adult and still have it.

Another great fantasy tale from a 19th century pioneer in the genre of fantasy.
