I am mailing some books to my daughter, and after she is through reading them she will mail them back to me so I can repost them here, is there any way I can print a PBS label for her to mail the books back to me?

If you just want the label, it can probably be printed under the Custom DC feature (under my account pull down menu) Although it will cost .27 to print and an additional .19 to mail.

Apparently there's a 'mail to a friend' feature also, but I'm unfamiliar with the details...no idea if it can be coaxed into serving your criteria for this.

Mail to a friend option would work.  But you have to specify a book on your bookshelf to get it to print.  This is why folks end up posting and sending fake Dan Brown books.  The custom DC does not require a book.

Do you want to print it with postage Cindy? Because I don't recommend you add printed postage if you don't know how long it will take your daughter to read the books. (If the book are mailed later than the postmark date, the package may be returned to the sender.)

My thought also D.G., makes a difference whether or not Cindy wants a return label, or a return label with postage.

The solution to D.G. problem would be to not print the label until DD is ready to send it back to you, then save the label, and email the pdf file to her. Don't know if you'd want to do this too often, as her PO will get upset because you will be printing the postage to be assigned to your PO, yet mailed from her PO and her PO wouldn't get the credit for it, yet would be the one using the resources to initiate the mailing.

I think it would be easier to have her join, put money in her account to cover postage, then order the book back from her. To save money, tho, I'd wait until she's done with a bunch and have her mail several back. To mail each one would be much more expensive. She would simply have to change the weight on the wrapper before she printed it.
