I've been on pbs for a few years now and for the first time I am having an issue with printing my wrapper (which I have printable postage).  Every time I click on it, the button stays at "Processing" and never goes out of it.  Also if I click on "If you are having trouble downloading the wrapper, 'click here' to view the wrapper on a printable web page" it still stays on the "processing" message.  Are other people having this issue? I have tried it on different types of browsers to see if it was just that. I also made sure my adobe acrobat reader was up to date and it is.  Then even before going to print the wrapper where it lists the books needed to ship out, I tried the "cannot get the wrapper to print?" where it opens in the same tab the print page. . .but it still doesn't want to work and sits on "processing". . .I have books that need mailing, so if there is an internal problem on the pbs server's side, alright, then everyone is going through it.  Otherwise I don't understand why it isn't working.  I understand computers and how pbs works pretty well so it is not often that I get confused in such a situation.

Your question really scared me as I have a book that needs to go out too.  I just tried to use printed postage and the page doesn't seem to be working at all.  The weight they gave for the book was wrong in a big way so I tried to change it.  I do this all the time - no problem.  It let me change the weight, but the postage stayed the higher amount.  Also, no date popped up like it usually does.  I'm going to have to wait awhile to use the page I guess.

Please try printing again after restarting your browser. We found some corrupted files tied to the printing process and have replaced them.

Our tests show that the problem has been fixed.
