I'd appreciate any help you could give. I've been trying to print bookmarks to give away and all I'm getting is a gray screen when I hit print preview. I tried to print ones I'd done months ago and saved to my documents but I can't even open them.  Is there something I have to download to print these? If so, what and how do I get it?

Make sure you have your pop-up blocker turned off.  The bookmarks should open in Adobe just like the mailing labels.

where do you find the book marks to print out??

At the top of the page:

Community/spread the word/bookmarks

Bookmarks are under the Community / Spread the Word menu.

You should get a PDF inside your browser. If you don't, then try repairing/upgrading your Adobe Reader. You can also check the Tools / Options / Applications tab in Firefox and make sure all four Adobe application types are set to open with Adobe Reader.
