I want to mail a book to my daughter, not a book I've swapped, just a book I have here. Is there some way to print a label for it with postage from my PBS account?

No.  You can print "custom DC" from the "My Account" link, but you will have to add postage either with stamps or at the post office.

I stand corrected.  Thanks, Mary!

Yes,

If you go to the Book Description page and Click on the "More" button, there is an option to Mail a Book to a Friend.  You input their address and it goes onto your My Account Page and you can print a label just like you would any other book request.  You can print it with full postage and DC or just DC.

This is really handy--- I send books all the time to my 2 twentysomething daughters that way!
