If the Team hasn't gotten back to you, you need to accept them both and then the sender can cancel one. If you accept one and deny the other, the denied copy will be offered to the next person in line and the poster might not be able to sort out who is supposed to get the book. It is a system glitch that I've seen pop up quite a few times. |
