Hello,

In the past few days, I've received about 10-15 books from PBS, and no less than four of them had writing and underlining in pen. (These are novels, not textbooks.) I marked them damaged by sender, and requested my credit back.

Are there any issues that can arrive on my end? I'm reporting these things by the book, but I understand this is a high incidence of issues, and I don't want to get in trouble myself.

Thanks in advance!

I think you have just been unlucky.  I can't see how it would reflect on you, unless it was somehow found to be untrue.

I hope you get some better trades SOON.

I think they look at the overall percentage. If you're marking almost everybook sent as damaged and asking for a credit back-that might send up a red flag.  But I don't think 4 out 15 is going to get you booted out of PBS.  Sounds like you had a run of bad luck.
