(My apologies if this post is a duplicate or should be shared on another forum.)

I had great success accessing PBS on my iPhone 4S until last week.  Now I receive the error message: "Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred."  I have attempted access in a variety of ways to no avail.

Anyone know how to correct this problem?  I'd be most grateful to fix the problem.

Valerie, you'll need to contact the folks that built/maintain that app -- it isn't an official PBS product.

I just tried and didn't have any problems accessing it using Safari. You may need to clear out cookies.  Go to Settings - Safari and click on Clear Cookies and Data.

That happens to me sometimes. If I go straight to a page other than www.paperbackswap.com (like http://www.paperbackswap.com/members/index.php) it helps. Or maybe signing out each time so you're not redirected at the beginning of the next session.

Darla and Jenna - thanks for the tips!  I tried both and got on ... hooray.

Elizabeth - I was trying to access PBS via the Internet, not through the PBS app.
