Is anyone else having trouble printing mailing labels? My screen flashes up with an error message saying the site is unsecure and won't even let me load the mailing label onto my screen. Latest version of Google Chrome.

It's working fine for me. I printed a label last night and just reprinted it to confirm it's still working.

The security certificate for the site says it's good until December 8, 2020 and it hasn't expired recently. 

Here are some things to try, one at a time:

• make sure the date/time on your computer are correct
• restart your computer
• disable any extensions that you have installed in Chrome
• if you're using a proxy server, disable that
• try a different brower

If none of that works, you've probably got a virus or some other form of malware. 

I haven't had any trouble printing labels. I use Firefox though so you could always try another browsers and see if that helps. Is your Adobe program up to date?

I’ve been getting 504 gateway error messages today. 

I hand print all lables and never had an issue.

Well I've at least  isolated the problem. The pop up box asking me if I really want to spend $ to purchase PBS postage is showing up but then disappearing too fast to click on it. So then it won't go any further, it just takes me back to the purchase postage screen. So I'm having to hover my mouse right over the spot where the box comes up and clicking really fast.

I'm gladI don't have to do this very often.

Do you have an ad blocker? I was having a similar problem on my bank's website that I was able to fix by disabling my ad blocker for that site.

If you click alt+tab you will see all the windows open on the desktop & you can tab through to the one you need on top.
