This book is written by psychologists who have worked with chronic procrastinators in clinical settings. *Lots* of helpful information, especially in the sections where they explain some of the common roots of explanation. I've now come to think that my own procrastination is the produc t of underlying emotional issues, and I've already found dealing with *those* issues helpful in conquering my tendency to put things off. I wish they gave slightly more detailed advice in the portion that gives tips about reducing procrastination, which is why I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, I think it's a must-read.
