#5 in the Davis Landing continuity series, each book about the Hamilton family but each featuring a different one of the six Hamilton children during a rough time in the family as their father battles serious illness and their mother is by his side with her deep faith in God. Each book is a good read even if you have not read the other books in this series. Since they each have their own author they each can stand alone and each have their own style. Reading another just adds more background to the stories, not essential but fun if you can read more than one of these.
