I thought this book was very helpful for anyone in sales or entering sales for the first time. Main focus in the book is your mental well being and ability to maintain optimistic outlook. Brian asks some simple questions that really put things into perspective. Are you avoiding rejection? You must come to a place where you don't fear rejection to be successful. What if everybody you called was going to say yes to your sales pitch? You wouldn't be afraid to call then, so you are really just afraid of rejection. He is a great speaker and did a great job on this audio book. Get it, rent it, listen to it...maybe a couple times. Practical strategies suggested that you can use to increase your sales.
