After the overwhelming success of last year's Children in Need anthology, WordAid is embarking on a new project.

This year we are going to produce an anthology in aid of www.shelterbox.org.uk who provide 'emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies for families around the world who are affected by disasters at the time when they need it the most.'

The success of Did I Tell You? wouldn't have been possible without all of you donating work and spreading the word, so we would like to invite you to submit poems on the theme of Survival for our new anthology - feel free to interpret survival in the broadest terms (emotional, physical, environmental, or survival of any other kind you can think of).. See below for submission guidelines.

  • All submissions to be received by 1st July 2011. You will be notified by 31st August if your work will be included in the anthology.
