If you haven't discovered Robert Munsch, you should! Humorous children's stories with great illustrations and just a little bit of sass.

My 2 1/2 year old likes this book, but I'm not a fan of it. Maybe I'm being overly critical of a children's book, but I don't like a lot of the things it showcases to my son.

I try hard to have my son listen to my directions, obey my rules (don't draw on yourself), not argue with me ("but mom!!) , not beg for new things every week ("I NEED these new markers, all my friends have them!" , not over-indulge in what he does get (500 new markers every week because the child gets 'bored' with them?) , and not have an attitude in general.

This book, though somewhat "cute", isn't something I want in my house, so we'll be passing it along.
