I did like this story better than some others I've read from this author. The intimacy shared between Christian and Tanner is hot (no pun intended). A bit disappointed in the paranormal aspect as the pyromancy is only mentioned beginning & end of book. IMO, That aspect of the story could have been developed more. A couple of grammar / edit snafus noted, but overall, not a bad comtemporary m/m story with a minor sprinkling of paranormal element.

Christian Ryder, pyromancer, is afraid to get too attached to anyone since his powers manifest badly when he gets overly emotional. This is his story of meeting and wanting Tanner O'Bannon but hesitating for Tanner's own good. I enjoyed the story but found too many typos (well actually missing words) which made the reading tedious as I kept having to stop and backup to see what I missed only it wasn't me that was missing something.

I figure ebooks are the wave of the future but how do they expect the public to get behind this fad when the editing is so poor? If I'm spending my hard earned money on a book in any format, I expect to have an fully edited version. Is that really too much to expect?
