I am a big fan of the Enchantment of the World series. The series is written for middle-school children. I would highly recommend it for children curious about the world. Similar to others in the series, this book provides an objective overview of the Qatar's geography, history, culture, and politics. As an adult, it provided me with fast and easy access to a wide range of information that I needed about Qatar.

From the book cover: "It's geography for a new generation, an invaluable resource for facts and figures, and a fascinating, highly visual introduction to the world's countries. Look for full-color photos, original maps, interactive, browser friendly sidebars, handy "fast facts," and an authoritative "to find out more" section including Internet sources."
