I've been having some printer issues, the second page does not print clearly. There is a blank, white line through all the letters. Thought it was my printer but just scanned something, and the print is excellent. What do I do?

I don't even print the 2nd page. |

On your next order, I would try selecting the "one page" option when you go to print. Everything is a bit smaller, but you just cut the bottom half of the page off to include the note to the requestor and the top half is your mailing label-- I started doing this a year ago and have saved lots of paper and ink !! |

When that happens to me, it's usually my printer ink running low. As already mentioned, try the one page shipping label and see how that prints. |

Its not likely to be a PBS problem, it will be your printer or the Adobe Reader on your machine. But the likely culprit is still your printer. Since printing the one page label doesn't work well when you use those two sheets for the packaging, try printing the label one page at a time if the first page is printing ok and the second is not. Maybe the 2 pages so close together is causing something to not work right on your printer. Are your ink cartridges old? Can you have the printer cleaned? Otherwise, I'd say its not a big deal if it is just a line on through the second page. As long as that page is readable, not a big deal. It is the first page that the USPS needs to read that can't afford to be printing wrong. |

Don't forget to try and reboot your printer. Turn it off and on. Basic, but it is what works when my printer forgets a font and prints gobbygook. |
