Hello. I have two copies of the same book, both brand new that I want to list. I did put them in seperately but only one is listed. So I looked for a quantity and did not find that either. Is it possible to have multiple copies of the same book listed? Thanks! Eileen Brown - Derby, KS - Newbie here. |

No. Only one ISBN at a time. Welcome to PBS - I'm sure you'll love it here. Once you get used to the way things work it'll be easier. Try reading the Help documents for more information - it really is a good thing to do. Ruth |

Welcome, Eileen! You really are a newbie, just joined today and already found the forums, I see. Off to a good start! Ruth has it right, only one copy of the same ISBN at a time. Once that book is requested, you can post the other, or you can create a custom posting for the second book. On your Post Books page, there is a blue link that says something like "Post Book Without an ISBN." The Help Documents are a wonderful place to get started learning your way around the site, it's very user-friendly. |

Once the 1st copy is marked mailed you can post the 2nd copy. My guess is they do this because books are on a first in/first out (FIFO) basis and it would be confusing to the system to account for multiples of 1 ISBN on one person's shelf. |

I wouldn't create a listing for the 2nd book using a PBS generated number...I would wait for the book to be requested before posting the other. it does have to be marked mailed before you can post the 2nd copy but it would make more sense to do it that way. if it is a WL'd book then you shouldn't have any problems getting rid of the book and being able to post the 2nd copy |
