I am a member at mystery guild but not for long I just have to fulfill my membership by June I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to save money on buying their books? Since I can only buy hardcover books and pay for shipping?? They do run specials but they come and go...

no you just have to bite the bullet, I got sucked in before I knew what I was getting into. I ended up getting books I knew i wanted and one I could give as a gift. I got rid of them fast as I could. biggest problem is they have so few of what I wanted. check out their other books, but make sure they are counted as mystery club and not another club, you won't get credit for the buy. you have to shop,if nothing else think christmas.a gf made an offer on a 2 book deal and they took it ending her membership.

 you may not know, all book clubs are connected. if you call on one club you can ask question on others with out having your acct numbers.I found that out ,after I had bought the book that was on another club, so I didn't get credit for it on any club. I phone them, cried foul and managed to get the credit on one of the clubs. I also asked for more time to complete the membership as they didn't have anything I was interested in.

you will still get emails with great deals, after so be careful.

oh thanks for the advice I have until June 7th I think to buy my 2 books so I hope I can find some deals..
