On your main account page, there is a link to your credit registry.  If there were no other copies of that book in the system, your credit should have been returned to you with the reason indicated on the registry.

ETA: it should say Reason: Request Canceled - No response from Sender above the title of the book.

The book is probably on your WL now.

If there had been other copies in the system it would have reordered the book for you.
