I have the limited membership, 30 free swaps, with 23 left. I was thinking the other night about it and not sure where to get the answer.. Do my free swaps carry over when my membership is due--or do I need to use up all 23 before renewal? thanks db

Yes. PBS has stated that they will roll over when your membership expires. Plus any you earn by using PBS postage.
