If someone orders multiple books, but not on the same day, is there a way to keep the orders separate?  I was running a deal in the book bazaar, and one person placed two separate orders, both very large to where I couldn't mail them in one box.  I sent the first box out and marked it mailed...only to realize I had mistakenly marked all the books mailed where I thought there had been two separate orders...and I did have two separate deadlines.

I have 2 audio books to mail to someone.  Over on the right it has the option to mail together or to mail seperately.

I know I have posted a WL book to someone. Then seeing that I had another of their WL books in my TBR-I read it quick and posted it to them.  It put them on the same order with the same mail by date as the 1st book even though I selected a later date for the 2nd.

I don't think there's a way to seperate them now that you've marked them mailed.  But I would think the requestor should be able to mark them as received individually.  If you mixed up an order and mailed them some right books and some wrong books there would have to be a way to mark the right ones as received w/o also marking the books they didn't get yet.

I made the opposite mistake when receiving a large book order, I had another pending order from the same state that I had requested within a day or so of the first one and I marked all of the books in both orders as received.

Much to my surprise when four days later the second order came in.  OOPs All I could do then was send a PM and explain to the sender I had marked theri books in error.

Luckily nothing was wrong with them.

Besides since I'm getting hte books I won't complain :)

My Rural Carrier might mutter at you.
