I'm in the queue for a book. I"m number one and one of the books on my wishlist comes up so I request it. The owner changes his mind and cancels the transaction so I don't get my book. Do I lose my position as number one in the queue even though it was not my fault? |

If the sender cancelled the transaction, you should go back in line at the same place you were. |

That was a quick answer. Thank you! |

Occasionally, you will go back and not be "quite" number 1. You may be number 2, 3 or 4 even. In the blink of time that it took him to decide he didn't want to mail it, another of PBS's 60,000+ members may have encountered a change in their position too. Could be they just came off vacation, received a book that wasn't right (either damaged or wrong book), their book went lost in the mail, or for whatever reason, they didn't get their book, and are placed at the number 1 spot and they (single or plural) were ahead of you before you were number 1 and so when they don't get their book, they are then placed ahead of you. Doesn't sound logical until you look at the stats that there are 60,000+ members and even a rare book can be WL'd by more than 1 member at that high a number of people. |

Yeah I had one offered last week and it timed out and I was 4 of 5. It was an audiobook so I'm not sure why it was offered right to me. But I just figured the 4 before me were a combo of conditions and vacation holds. |

I actually went to 6 today after and RWAP (wrong version). I'm thinking maybe RCs,withmaybe some holds and/or other RWAPs in front of me |
