I'm hoping you experts can answer my question. I ordered a DVD set from Amazon. My mail carrier delivered the box. It was the wrong set, so I needed to return it to Amazon. Using their mailing label, I repacked the box and took it to the post office to send. They would not take it and said I had to take it to a UPS center. Why could the USPS deliver the box, but not send it back? |

because they got paid to deliver the box, but the return label was a UPS label, so USPS wouldn't get paid to return it. |

Thanks for your replies. I didn't mind taking it to UPS, but until Brandy explained the difference in the labels, I didn't know why. |
