I am always looking for a particular type of book for my nephew, but I don't know the best way to search for it. It's not a specific book, just a type of book. Any ideas?

He's a teenager, but has many disabilities. He loves music, singing, etc and he loves the colorful music books from the elementary grades, or any book that has the pictures and music in it (so his grandma can play it on the piano for him). If this isn't the right place for this type of question, please let me know. Thanks!

Do a Keyword search.  Click on the "advanced search" screen and it can narrow your choices.

Also, try searching on amazon to get suggestions for specific titles you'd like and then add them to your wishlist.

Also search for "Genre - Children's Books - Arts and Music"

Try that.

Sometimes knowing what category to search is tricky.  You could search for book he has or that you know about and find out what category it is... and then restrict your search to that category.

Also, it's a good idea to search for a tag that matches, those often offer more choices than the Keyword search.  Unfortunately, the Tags don't yet have a real search function set up for them yet, (the PBS admins say it is coming in the future, though!) but you can do a search by clicking on an existing Tag you find, and it will bring up all the other books with the same tag.  Or, you could temporarily add a tag to one of your books, click on it to bring up the other books, then delete the temporary tag after your search.

I poked around and found two using the browse genre feature.  I looked under Children's Books then Arts & Music then Music then Songbooks.
