I bought a Kindle Touch late last year and thought I would use it a lot more than I have. Needless to say, I have only read about 15 pages or so. I just don't read it like I do my hard copy books. So I am thinking about selling it on Ebay. Anyone know if I can take off my Amazon account from it? I don't want to have someone buying it and then using my Amazon to purchase books. Also, anyone know a good price? I know it is used but barely. I also have a cover, the original box, warranty from Target, screen protector, cords, etc. Just wanted to get some thoughts on it. |

Yes go to Menu, Settings, Reset to factory defaults. That will get rid of all your stuff. Go to your Amazon Manage your kindle page, and deregister the device. (You can deregister directly from the Kindle, also). |

As for price, just watch auctions on Ebay for devices like yours with the extras included. Look at what people are asking for them but also what the auctions are ending at and actually selling for. That'll give you an idea what you can get for yours. |
