I turned down a book because it did not meet requestor conditions. The book did not go back on my bookshelf. Is that because there is only one whisher, the person who I originally turned down? I don't think I have ever had this happen. ETA: It shows up on my Transaction Archive as a canceled transaction. I didn't think turning down a request for an RC would show up on the TA. Did you click "I Cannot Mail" instead of "My Book Does Not Meet Conditions"? What you're describing is when you say your book does meet the conditions, but they you cancel the request later. |

If you canceled (I did that once) instead of marking "Book does not meet", it comes off the WL and you have to repost it. If the person who WLd it, doesn't want it or just ignores the whole thing and was the only person wh had it WLd, the book will go back to your BL. Pat |

I'm sure I marked "does not meet" because I wrote why it did not meet. Hmm...... |

You will have to repost the book. If it is in your TA then it wasn't a denied RC, it was a turned down order. If they had been the only wisher and your book was marked as not meeting the RCs, then your copy would have been listed as available in the system and the book would be moved to their reminder list and they couldn't re-Wish List it until your copy is gone. If there is only on wisher you might want to just hold off on re-posting and see if they get it from someone who can meet their RCs. If you repost now, it will go back to them. |
