I have a T-shirt that I want to return to a company for an exchange. Would it be possible for me to use PBS postage to mail a non-book/non-PBS first class package instead of having to make a trip to the PO? If yes, how would I do so?

I used to use Custom DC, but that feature is no longer available. Not sure if PBS postage would work.

start a paypal account. use their free postage label. account if free.

You can also order postage online and print your label though the usps website.
