I just posted a book that has 104 wishers.

Usually when I do this, it gets placed under the "wish list hold" tab when I click on my account.  Then within a couple of days, I get  a request.

This time that hasn't happened. No "wish list hold", no request, but It is on my bookshelf.

Did something change recently?

Or would you think this might be a "glitch" and I should delete and re-port  repost this book to "goose" the system?

I've had that happen before.  I think it's a glitch.  I just deleted it off my shelf and reposted it and it then went on WL hold.

I think if a book is on auto-request, that will happen. It doesn't show up on your account tab until a bit later--I think there is a hold on it for a little bit (maybe an hour?).

But then it's on your shelf with the ! next to it.  I've actually posted WL books that went directly to my shelf without being on any kind of hold at all.  Anyone could come along and order that book even though there was a long WL line for it.  Very strange but PBS was glitching all over that day.

Thanks for your help!  The "!" is there now, so it's working it's way thru the system.
