Do the kids audiobooks normally come with both the book and the ausio CD?  I'm looking for some audio books for my daughter, and it seems like every posting I've looked at states "Audio CD Only".  Which kinda stinks when the audio CD signals when it's time to turn the page.

I've briefly looked at teh Scholastic web site - and it appears that the books and CD's are sold together.  So I'm wondering why that isn't the case here.  There is no way that I am going to "pay" 3 credits to get a kids CD and book set.

I have an audiobook The Silver Chair by CS Lewis with CDs and the CDs did NOT come with a book at all.  I think MOST the audio books you are finding on PBS are just that--audio books with no hard copy. They weren't sold with the book.
