All,

I have been trying to remember the autor of a series I read a few years back. The series is about a family of shape-shifters. The series began with the father's story and continued with the sons.

There was a pair of twins. One of the twins' name was Valentine and he was a doctor. The girl in love with him was a daughter of an enemy.

For the life of me, I can't remember the author name. I think her 1st name starts with a C but I am not sure.
