At what point have you marked a trade with a negative feedback?  Meaning what is your deciding factor for a negative mark?  I'm asking because 2 of the 3 books I got from a boxer were water/coffee damaged.  Help!

I think before I left negative feedback I'd contact the boxer and explain the problem.  Then if you can't get things resolved to your satisfaction you'd be justified leaving negative feedback.  I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt!

I agree.  So far I have never had any problems with boxing, but I would PM the person before I left them negative feedback, then I might just leave neutral feedback.  I hate to leave negative stuff, but that is just me.  It has to be pretty bad for me to do that.

I have left negative, but only after trying very hard to work it out with the other member. The few times I've had any problems they have been resolved to both our satisfaction. I've only had to leave NF twice, but I always assume the other member will make it right before even thinking about NF
